What is it?
What is it?It’s a “hands-on” Online English Camp for children ages 8 to 11, divided by age, to improve and practise their English as a second language (ESL) with other children from around the world.
Why Make Wonders?
All laboratories at the Make Wonders! Online English Camp will aim to raise the students’ curiosity about different topics according to their age and consequently inspire awe, moving them to create, resolve, and do tasks in English.
Where?
The Make Wonders! Online English Camp will take place online, on Zoom.
When?
The Make Wonders! Online English Camp will take place from Monday to Friday, for 4 hours a day, from the 18th to 22nd July 2021.
Time
For some countries The Make Wonders! Online English Camp will take place from 9 to 13.00 while for other countries from 14.00 to to 18.00, depending on their time zones.
For countries in the same region the starting and finishing time might vary by 1 hour.

Every day of The Make Wonders! Online English Camp will be divided into 4 areas of work:
Mind
Body
Art and Technology
Language
The activities in the 4 areas of work will have a practical approach and will vary in topic and subject.
Activities
Some of the activities in the four main areas of work will relate to subjects like Geography, History, Science, Philosophy, Language, Maths, Technology, Health & P.E. among other topics students usually study at school in their native language.
English
The level of English of all the activities during The Make Wonders! Online English Camp will range from A1 to A2 in the CEFR
(European Framework of Language)
Students
The Make Wonders! Online English Camp is for students aged 8 to 11 divided into age groups and levels of English.
Every group at The Make Wonders! Online English Camp will have a maximum of 10 students. Every student will have a 5 to 10 minutes interview with one of our teachers before starting the Camp.
Cost
The cost of 1 week of The Make Wonders! Online English Camp is €210 / U$ 240.
(20 hours exclusively in English)
Teachers
All the teachers at The Make Wonders! Online English Camp will be experienced teachers of English as a Second Language for Young Learners.
All the teachers at The Make Wonders! Online English Campsh Camp will speak ONLY English at all times.

Meeting
A meeting in English language with parents of the children who have been enrolled will take place 1 week before the start of The Make Wonders! Online English Camp.
The participation of parents in the meeting will be optional, not compulsory.
